The Naples market keeps telling an interesting story. Closed sales jumped 15% year-over-year and new listings rose 8%, even as overall inventory tightened 21% — pushing months of supply down 33% compared to last July. Meanwhile, the median closed price held strong at $590,000, up 3%.

Translation: buyers are active, sellers are seeing steady values, and the window for well-priced listings is moving faster than it was a year ago.
