After immigrating to the United States with her children in 1999, she built a successful real estate career while creating new opportunities for her family. During the housing crisis, she became a leader in helping homeowners avoid foreclosure, successfully managing more than 500 short sales and loan modifications. Her background in legal studies, immigration advocacy, and international real estate gives her a unique perspective that allows her to guide clients through even the most complex transactions with confidence and compassion. Beyond serving clients, Sandra is deeply committed to strengthening her community and empowering others. She is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, a member of the Florida Realtors Faculty, and an active mentor to real estate professionals. She also founded The RealSphere Southwest Florida, a collaborative space designed to educate, mentor, and support agents as they grow their businesses. Her passion for leadership extends into the community through her annual back-to-school event, where local businesses come together to provide hundreds of children with backpacks, school supplies, and a day of fun. What began as 350 backpacks has grown into an event serving more than 750 children and their families each year. Outside of real estate, Sandra enjoys rollerblading, cycling, cross-country skiing, and volunteering throughout Southwest Florida.
