Semper Fidelis Home Management Services is a “veteran owned business” and was developed for homeowners in need of veterans who are dependable, honorable, reliable veterans to serve proudly in assisting them with their homes. Over the past year or so, we’ve managed homes and condos for services from supervision of contractors to actually cutting the grass. As military veterans, many homeowners have
asked us to watch over their homes and condos because they felt secure that veterans would get the job done. Some want us to clean before they arrive and immediately after they leave. Others ask to prepare their home by purchasing groceries and doing laundry before friends visit in the off-season. No matter the request, we are Semper Fidelis “always faithful” and delighted to serve the client proudly. But one request is unanimous. “Please take care of my home while I’m away.”
Before we knew it, the word has spread. Now, we watch homes and condos not only for seasonal homeowners, but realtors, property management firms, and bank institutions. As we grow, we are hiring a number of military personnel that are coming home after serving our country with honorable backgrounds.
