Reductions are happening in SWFL! Now, here are my thoughts. As homes reduce, buyer pool will increase. What is happening this month? The fed is going to (hopefully) lower the interest rate by a minimum 25 pts. Guess what happens after that? The buyer pool dramatically increases causing you guessed it home values to go back up. Long story short…. This is your deal time!
