🚨 BREAKING: Florida residents are once again asking a simple question… why does every quiet stretch of palms and open land eventually turn into something called “Sunset Palms” or “Paradise Cove Estates”? 🌴🏘️

And directions that sound like:
“go past the palm trees, turn where that bait shop used to be, if you hit the canal—you went too far.”

HOA rules stricter than hurricane prep checklists. 😭
And a sign promising “Luxury Living”… five minutes from a Publix, a gas station, and a traffic light that backs up for no reason.
Locals say they’re not against growth…
they just miss when traffic meant getting stuck behind a boat trailer at a green light. 💀
Even the alligators reportedly took one look at the subdivision and said,
“yeah… we’ll stay in the canal.” 🐊👀
Moral of the story:
You can build on Florida land…
but you can’t mass-produce Florida. 🌴🔥

Despite a 59% year-over-year increase in overall inventory in the Naples area residential real estate market during June, overall closed sales during the month decreased 17.3% to 710 closed sales, according to data from Naples Area Board of REALTORS. The data also showed the overall median closed price decreased 0.8% to $595,000. The June report showed 1,351 price reductions compared to 94 price increases and a 95% list-to-sale price ratio. Overall, new listings increased by 1.5% to 896. The number of new listings in the condominium market drove this influx of inventory, which increased 9% compared to a 3.9% decrease in new listings for the single-family home market, NABOR reports.
