When you walk into a new Model Home, the person that greets you, works for the Home Builder. That seems pretty obvious right, but what does that actually mean to you? It means that the greeter gets PAID by the Builder, to REPRESENT the Builder, and they will ALWAYS have the Builders best interest in mind! (NOT yours)! It is crucial that you understand this!
So, how can you "level the playing field"? You need your own Realtor to represent you, who has YOUR best interest in mind! And the great news is that you can get our experience, advice, and negotiating skills, at absolutely NO CHARGE to you! How is that possible? Because the Builders of Model Homes are required to pay for the BUYERS Realtor, at no cost to the buyer! And by law, it won’t add one cent to the price of your Home! Isn’t that sweet?!
So why would you want (or need) our help? Several reasons! First, because we can help to negotiate the lowest purchase price possible, and also negotiate FREE upgrades for you … not to mention a variety of other special deals and special terms, which the Model Home salespeople will not voluntarily offer to you, on your own!
But it gets even better! We give an awesome “rebate” program, which will pay you a rebate at closing, up to as high as $25,000.00! Use this money any way you wish! Think of it as our Housewarming present to you!
We will be happy to meet you, and go through any New Home that you’d like to see! That being said, we also realize that many folks may prefer to “shop on their own”, and that’s totally fine too! Other times, you may be “out and about”, and just happen upon a new Model Home Complex. Then, spur of the moment, you decide to stop and take a look. Again, no problem!
But if you are looking at new Models “on your own” (without us), it is VERY IMPORTANT that you tell the Model Home Salespeople that you have your own Realtor, and present them with one of our business cards, as soon as you “sign in” or “register”. Caution- if you forget to do this up front, we will not be able to help you later, with all the benefits that we’ve just detailed above!
Before you walk into any Model Sales Office, make sure that you are protected - just pause for a brief moment and give us a “heads up”! You can either give us a quick phone call or text to (805) 485-8350. Simply tell us what Models you are looking at!
**Please note - ALMOST all Builders will qualify for our Rebate program, however a very few refuse. We will be certain to verify their participation with you before going to contract, so that there will be no surprises!
