Jim, Michael and Morgan York make up the York Real Estate Group and are all members of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the Naples Area Board of Realtors. They have combined 30 years real estate experience, including 20 years in the SWFL area, and over $300 million in negotiated sales transactions. They have, in conjunction with their work in real esta

te, also acted as a consultant to area builders. For the past 10 years, they have served the community by giving educational lectures and seminars to the general public. Jim York has been teaching real estate courses to the public offered by the Collier County Public Schools Adult and Community Education program, covering current topics in real estate as well. They also host the local weekly Real Estate show, Southwest Florida Real Estate Update. All members are active members of several NABOR committees. Jim York was winner of the prestigious 2014 & 2015 SWFL Naples Daily News, People’s Choice Award as the “Star Realtor.” Jim is originally from Syracuse, New York where he attended Syracuse University.
