Aspen-based NECO 765 5th Avenue South LLC recently purchased 19,675 square feet of retail space at 765-799 Fifth Ave. S. in Naples from Nighthawk Group 765 LLC for $29.5 million.
The corner property has retail units on its first floor and offices on the second floor. Wind in the Willows, a boutique clothing and gift shop, is an anchor tenant on the ground floor, while John R. Wood Properties, a real estate company, is on the second floor. Nighthawk Group 765 LLC, an investment company owned by Bruce Barone and family, purchased the building in 2022 for $27 million.
Doug Olson and Matt Fredrickson of Trinity Commercial Group represented the seller, and Rob Carroll, CCIM, MAI, and Patrick Fraley, CCIM, of Investment Properties Corporation of Naples represented the buyer. “The new ownership’s vision of introducing something unique and luxurious aligns seamlessly with the Nighthawk Group’s aspirations for the site,” Olson said.
