THIS 🪻IS THE REASON why I do what I do. This was a complex deal with a lot of moving parts. Probate, liens, a reverse mortgage and a distressed property which makes lending even more challenging. On top of that, a grieving client with a short timeline to sell… first it was giving my clients HOPE and PRAYER 🙏🏻 because let’s face it no matter how good you are I believe GOD was at the wheel. In the end we delivered a cash offer, close to ask and a quick closing. We pulled off this sale smoothly and the client was incredibly grateful. 🥹 you owe me nothing AMBER! God is good and I am so happy to have delivered above and beyond🪻
