2025 tested me to the core… by May I was running 8 miles daily until June 12th… on June 12th I found lumps on my left breast. After many restless and sleepless nights, many random emotional breakdowns, 2.5 months of “I don’t know what the lumps are because nothing is growing in the cultures” from 5 different doctors, 1 midline, 1 pic line procedure, 3 hospital visits (never been to a hospital before this), about 8 biopsies, a mammogram, an MRI, and a few ultrasounds and finally got a diagnoses of bacterial induced mastitis. I want to take the time to say thank you to everyone who supported me through the ups and the downs, the hospital visits, the foods you snuck in to itch my cravings, and the unconditional love 💕. This trip to Puerto Rico was definitely overdue and I’m happy I took it. The best 8 days I’ve spent in a long time. I’m realizing that sometimes rest and relaxation is the best recovery one can have. May the year 2026 be different and be full of blessings to all of us 🫂 🫶🏽Happy New Year 🎊🎉🥳💕
