Bye bye to the person who :
1) jacked the associations condo fees 48% in 5 yrs, installing $13,000 in decorative pathway lighting, plus up lighting trees, and additional lights, for her benefit to the dumpster…how appropriate.
2) the person who pushed the pool project that is currently unpermitted & 33% over budget and a electrical fire hazard as it sits.
3) Bye to the stone face person who for five yrs manipulated the reserve study and now when big budget items are due and no funds are in reserves….they move.
4) Bye to the person who pushed for poke a dot stairwells that lookhorrid and never asked the owners for approval.

Maryanne Meade’s famous quote back in 2018 was “Sue, Pineland Park isn’t really a $500 a month condo complex” fast forward, 2025’s 1st quarter invoice is here and $866 a month….wow. Great job.

Unit 209 violating condo association laws. Video cameras on association building are only allows when the association installs them. Super smart owners- one was a board member- but still lack decorum.

Thanks to the rude neighbors who stuff their condo with 6 adults and take all the parking spots. Simple rule says 2 cars per unit. Don’t California our state.

Good morning from the new family of blue jays… this baby fledged yesterday & chose to sleep on a bike after a busy day of hopping around and being fed by the parents. So thankful the bike owner didn’t disturb the sleeping chick, it allowed the birdie to sleep the night. 6:30 am this happened.
