For my Florida resident voters, many have asked us about these two amendments. Much has been discussed about #4 but please have a deep look here about #3. If you have been to Denver you'll get it. If you haven't this information is absolutley tru about Denver. Been there!!!
Here is a word from our State Senator, Bob Rommel.
Dear Friends,
Florida needs your help. I know you are all excited about this upcoming election and understand how important it is to get out the vote. What you may not know is that Florida is under attack from the radical left.
Tens of millions of dollars are being spent from groups outside of Florida trying to convince Floridians to vote yes on Amendment 3 and Amendment 4. I can assure you that if either one of these Amendments is placed into our state Constitution, it will be an unmitigated disaster.
VOTE NO ON 3
Amendment 3 will legalize recreational ma*****na use anywhere and anytime in the state of Florida. Imagine people smoking w**d all around you as you and your family walk down 5th Ave in Naples or sit on the beach with your children or grandchildren. Florida is built on tourism, and if Amendment 3 passes, Florida will look more like NYC or Denver where the smell of w**d is everywhere, and businesses and people are fleeing for other states and leaving us with the carnage. Our economy and quality of life will suffer bigtime.
Furthermore, just for a little added information, Amendment 3 is all about money. Individuals will not be allowed to grow their own w**d and will have to purchase it from a small group of people who will control the market and the price according to the state constitution. This is nothing short of a drug monopoly. Another interesting aspect to the amendment is that the growers and retailers will have complete civil and criminal immunity if you or your loved ones are harmed by their product. No one has worked harder than I have to stop frivolous lawsuits, but to give complete immunity to any company or product is an insane policy. To my knowledge, the only other product I know ever given legal immunity is the covid shot, and if they had not been given that immunity, they would probably be out of business today.

VOTE NO ON 4
Amendment 4 was written to mislead everyone. It will allow 13-year-old girls to get an abortion without their parents’ permission, anytime, and for any reason as long as any yet-to-be-defined healthcare person says it’s needed.
Florida will have the most liberal abortion laws in the nation and even taxpayer-funded abortions.

This is way too liberal for Florida, and I urge you to vote against Amendment 4.

WHY THE LIBERALS ARE PUSHING THESE AMENDMENTS
When the liberal news media or other radicals cannot get their way in the legislative process, they always want to amend the Constitution. This is exactly why Joe Biden and Kamala Harris want to expand the Supreme Court.
It should come as no surprise that they are constantly trying to erode our Constitutional rights and create more dependency on government by trying to amend state constitutions, and that is exactly why we must push back on these amendments now.
