📊 July Naples Market Update! 📊

📈Overall inventory decreased by 21% to 4,415 homes, while pending sales decreased by 6% with 762 properties under contract.

💰 The median closed price is now $590, 000, up 3% year over year.

🏠New listings increased by 8% to 916. Closed sales rose significantly by 15% with 733 total sales.

📅Homes are also taking a bit longer to sell, with days on market increasing by 7% to an average of 108 days while the months of supply decreased by 33% to 5.8, signaling a more balanced market.
