Brittany Bay what a joke as you drive in looking for a place to call home and see that it appears to be well kept dont be fooled by first impressions they can be decieving!!! all is good as you move in but once they have you watch out you are quick to learn your seriously screwed. If somthing breaks dotn bother trying to get it fixed they are full of excuses on why it either did not get fixed or got fixed wrong. Gated commuity no so from what I have heard they have been broken for 3 years. Business center yeah right never open I repet NEVER OPEN and the wifi hasent worked for a couple of months. Fitness center everyting is broken. and the 2 things that bothered me the most. I payed my rent on time but was a couple of dollars of on the water bill and I mean less that $5.00 they refused it in a letter on my door a courstey call would have been nice since we have only been hear a short time. and then I went to the offic e to get somthing faxed and the Manager who is evtreasmly loud and rude said she would need to charge me to fax somthing are you kidding me The Manager anger management before she expoldes. But the worst of it we have a serious roach problem and were told we must have brought them in ourself there were no roaches before you rented the apt by the again rude mamager. I wonder why they show you this very nice furnished apt as you go through the security gates and take a look around but when you move in they put you in the back and NOTHING WORKS. according to my neighbors they have a seroius roach problem on our whole bldg and things not working ahs been going on for more than a year some more than 2 years. Do yourself a favor and look else where. Someoned should look into your pet policywe were told dogs under 35 lbs are allowed and we gave our dog to a friend since she was over the weight limit and when we got hear there are very large dogs all over the place it would have been nice to know the truth
