We are holding Elections for the board Nov. 5th.
A chance to improve the situation.
It is time to achieve more politeness, participation of owners, an owner-friendly rental policy and useful investments. Make up your mind, a change is due and vote for new people and ideas. We are looking forward to a complete change of atmosphere! Don‘t think you must vote for „Experience“, as this has led us to the frosty atmosphere compared with the other towers!

Mica is currently in VT3, met some people but it´s quiet - except the drilling at the pool which is refurbished. Unfortunately we did not hear when it´s going to be finished, communication was rather rare about the topic. We hope it´s going to be beautiful and we will get new recliners, too!
