We first were introduced in July of 2022. This was a very stressful time for me just following my father passing away and I became guardian of my step mother who was sick with dementia. We started right away exploring options of selling their condo that they lived in for many years. You helped in so many different and creative ways! Such as referrals for cleaners, painters and construction people. You also referred to the place where I purchased all the new kitchen appliances. Candidly due to my father's and step mothers poor health they left their condo quite the mess. I live in NH and you handled so much while my sister Linda and I were up North. Then you even referred me to a new much nicer memory care place in Naples for us to put my step mother in. That put us at ease knowing she was in a nicer place than where my father originally had first put her.
Then after we got the condo all painted, improved in so many ways we finally went to market. You had it sold on the very first day of it being on ZIllow. Unfortunately one week before the scheduled closing my step mother passed away. Her passing caused such a delay that those original buyers backed out. Then we had to start all over again putting it on the market. Then pretty much on that first day again we had a new buyer and just today the condo sale finally closed.
I could not be happier and more grateful for your excellent support, salesmanship and referrals during this extremely stressful situation of losing both my father and stepmother from July to October. You went so much over and above what is expected in my mind for "doing your job". Can not recommend you or your company Blue Heron Realty of Naples any stronger!
Lastly you referred me to the lawyer that I have been using on all these probate issues in Florida. Wow, talk about earning your commission and then some! Thank you so much!
