Two years ago today, I walked out of the testing center with one word at the top of my score report:

PASS.

After spending nearly a decade working on the administrative side of real estate, from a local brokerage to our local REALTOR® association, I knew this industry inside and out. Becoming licensed wasn’t the beginning of my real estate journey… it was the next chapter.

I remember feeling like I had finally found where I was meant to be. It just made sense.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of helping incredible buyers and sellers navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Every transaction has taught me something new, and every client has reminded me why I love what I do.

Looking back, I’m incredibly grateful for those years behind the scenes. They gave me a foundation that I still rely on every single day.

What’s driving the shift? More buyers are seeing homeownership as a stable, long-term investment again, not just a monthly payment, although realistic pricing is still a hurdle.

This tracks with what I’m seeing on the ground too. Confidence is coming back, even if the math still takes some work.

The buyer of this condo had been dreaming about investing in Naples for years… and I’m so excited that dream finally became a reality! 🏡✨

We were able to negotiate a fantastic purchase price and secure this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in World Tennis Center. One of my favorite features is the peaceful long lake view… it truly makes the home feel like a private retreat.

One of my favorite toddler spots in Naples has to be Can U Dig It... 🇺🇸❤️

We came this morning and it was practically empty… Plenty of shade, a nice breeze, and the perfect place to burn off some toddler energy before the day’s festivities!
