WHAT A WILD RIDE!
So ecstatic for my clients who are also very close friends of mine to start making memories that will last them a lifetime together in their new home🥲❤️
On another note, honestly no one was positive we would make it to the closing table on our set closing date until we all were sitting down at the table together Friday morning at 9am.
We hit major bumps in the road such as
💥obtaining clear title for my buyers due to a mixup on a deed
💥aligning the buyers sale of their condo on the same day of their purchase of the new home making this a simultaneous closing
💥 obtaining the certification of occupancy on their new construction home prior to the closing
💥and many other little things like the proper installsation of their new appliances for their home
Everything ended up coming down to the last few weeks to get done but were all necessary to finalize in order for the sales to go through!😅
There are SO many moving parts to purchasing a home that I feel aren’t spoken for enough. Title companies, lenders, closing agents, sellers attorneys, buyers attorneys, buyers agent and sellers agent all have to come together and have good communication in order to make a smooth transaction. Our market has been on fire over the last 6 months which has caused everyone’s work load to quadruple, so it was imperative to stay in constant communication with all parties!
This deal has been by far my most challenging but also the MOST rewarding in my career so far and I’m forever grateful my clients put their trust in me to make sure their transaction was secured 🏡🙌🏼
