Not sure where to make this post so I’ll start with my food blog Even though It’s more family and personal then food. This dude right here is my godfather. We are born on the same day. He’s my first cousin and one of my best friends. He is the youngest 78-year-old I’ve ever met. He is funny, real, a great husband, a great father, and an overall wonderful human being. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to spend the last 10 days with him on a mini vacation. We ate, we drank, we made memories, and I will be forever grateful for his friendship. We never know how much time we have on this earth so be sure to spend time with the ones you love, and have a blast making memories. JJ (Joe Crifasi) you are the bomb. It’s all about that bass! (Inside joke).

A HUGE shoutout to at for turning me on to this terrific product. When the instructions are - add a pinch of salt, simmer and add some cheese, the product is very confident on its own. And it was. But I added a twist! A little fresh garlic, basil and shrimp was added but that’s it. What a terrific out of the jar product for pasta, bruschetta or even pizza! Hmmmmmm. I do have a half jar left … all products are from including the tagliatelle and Parmesan Romano. Go get you some.
