Dave and his wife, Cathy, founded Premiere Plus Realty, Co. 23 years ago with a vision that was simple, but powerful - create a company that truly puts agents FIRST. Even after all these years, that mission still shapes the way we lead, support, and grow today.

Dave now serves as our Advising Broker, and although he and I talk on the phone nearly every day while he’s up at his cabin in North Carolina, there’s just something different about getting to sit together in person, swap stories, share ideas, and reflect on how far this company has come.

As someone who now helps lead this organization, I don’t take lightly the responsibility of carrying forward what Dave and Cathy built. It’s a legacy rooted in people, relationships, culture, and doing the right thing - and it’s pretty incredible to continue building that legacy alongside such amazing people. 🙌
