Nationwide, luxury homes spent a median of 78 days on the market in November, but Naples–Marco Island, FL, stood out, with luxury homes selling 23.5% faster year over year.

"Following hurricane-related disruptions, luxury sellers have adjusted pricing expectations, with year-over-year declines across upper tiers coinciding with an acceleration in selling speed," says Anthony Smith, senior economist at Realtor.com.

"Naples is no longer a quiet beachside secret," Nella DeCesare, SWFL broker and founder at Florida Listing Experts, tells Realtor. com.
