The other day, I went on a listing appointment and when I explained that I use AI to market listings, I was told:

“Naples is too old… people here aren’t finding homes with AI.”

👀 Well, while everyone was sleeping, Zillow just announced a partnership with OpenAI (ChatGPT).

What does that mean?
➡️ Buyers can now describe the home they want right inside ChatGPT and instantly get 3 to 4 listings that match their criteria. No website hopping, no searching through pages.
➡️ When you use Google, it automatically searches Gemini first, prioritizing AI-optimized content.

💻 I coach weekly with top AI experts in real estate, and yes, my brain is usually fried by the end 😅 but that’s how I stay ahead.

I’ve built custom GPTs for listing descriptions, photography orders, and SEO checks, and I double and triple verify that my listings are pushed to the top of every major AI platform.

I'm typically a person who is pretty eloquent with words when I have the time and space but as I write this at 11:40. After working 84 hours last week and it looks like it's turning out to be possibly 100 hours this week, the only thing that comes to mind is that scene in Elf, where he runs in and throws his hat off and screams "I'm in love, I'm in love and I don't care who knows it."

This is a hard couple weeks. I'm normally only gone for the Pennsylvania National show and this year I'll be at the national show in Kentucky also for another 2 weeks.

This man has found every way to love me while I've been gone. This is just the physical things that he has sent me. The countless FaceTime, the swinging by the house for both my sister and I as we are gone, the check-ins, the text messages throughout the day, the fish videos- ugh I love the fish videos. The little ways he keeps me included in his day to day. I'm not a "gifts" person it's not typically my receiving love language but y'all this man knows how to hit all the love languages. These gifts have been so incredibly thoughtful, for the love, he adopted an elephant for me that I can track daily and tonight I got this blanket in the mail.

Full transparency, I learned to love myself this year but God was gracious enough to bless me with a man who has shown me more kindness and goodness and laughter and how to love than I thought was even possible.

I'm in love, I'm in love and I don't care who knows it.

you're my otter half my love and every day I am grateful to a God who chose me to be your friend and partner in this life.
