I am a sales professional with over 30 years of experience in marketing, sales, client relations, and negotiating. I have over 12 years’ experience buying and selling real estate in the greater Naples area from Marco Island to Estero. I have earned several accreditations including, Certified Luxury Home Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert, Certified Residential Specialist and I am a member of
the Million Dollar Guild. I am a persistent and persuasive professional with strong negotiation abilities. I am insightful in assessing my clients’ objectives and finding them properties that best suit their needs. My career has always focused, and succeeded, by nurturing and maintaining strong relationships and client satisfaction. I began my southwest Florida real estate career in 2002 with Arvida Realty/Coldwell Banker. I then worked as a new home sales specialist, on site, at WCI Communities, DiVosta Homes at Verona Walk, and Pulte Homes, Inc. In the fall of 2009 I took a one year hiatus and moved to St. Thomas. While there I learned to swim and became an avid SCUBA diver. The highlight of the trip was meeting my wife Lee who I married in August of 2013. I was working in a downtown Real Estate office for when I was honored with an invitation to be part of the Stock Realty Team located in Lely Resort, where my wife and I reside.
