Mary Charters Mary Charters, Realtor, Keller Williams, Naples, FL
Sales, Interior Design & Renovation Specialist I have been a licensed Realtor since 1986.

I began my career working with buyers and quickly learned that specializing in a targeted area was the way to become a local market expert and provide the maximum level of service to my clients. After purchasing a second home in Naples, in 2005, I quickly began learning the real estate market while making frequent visits to paradise, and, shortly thereafter, my husband, Joe, and I decided to make

Naples our permanent home. In my 26+ years selling real estate, I have successfully helped over 1,700 families buy and sell their homes. My business goal has always been to obtain the most money for my clients in the shortest possible time with the least amount of hassle along the way. Over the years we have created systems to manage the entire home-selling process and stay in constant communication with our clients. I am proud to say that over 50% of our business today comes from past client referrals or repeat business – people referring someone they care about to someone they trust. The biggest difference I found between selling a home in Florida and selling one in the Maryland/DC area is the palm trees in the yard; that’s about it. Selling a home, whether a primary residence or a second home still requires preparing the property for sale so that it appeals to the broadest base of qualified buyers, an accurate analysis of market conditions and properly pricing the property to meet the sellers timeframe and financial objectives. Properly evaluating these three things is the single most challenging obstacle facing most real estate agents regardless of where a property is located and it is these three factors that determine whether or not a property is placed in the “selling zone” and subsequently sells or simply expires unsold after a year or more on the market. While the data is readily available to every Realtor, connecting the dots to establish the correct value requires skill and, like all things, there are varying degrees of skill. For the past 26 years and 1,700+ sales worth well over a half a billion dollars I have become an expert at connecting the dots to ensure that I can provide my clients with the best possible representation and fiduciary duty they expect and deserve. When I am not selling real estate I enjoy running, yoga and fitness in general, reading, interior design and decorating, and spending time with my family and friends. I am a breast cancer survivor who values the little things in life and wants to make every minute count!
