11 months later…

Last March, I wrote my goodbye to my New Balance family after 20 years — and 35+ years in the sporting goods industry.

What I didn’t fully realize then was this:

I wasn’t leaving the work.
I was taking the lessons with me.

The best parts were never about titles or quotas.

They were about:
• trust earned over time
• relationships built without agenda
• showing up prepared
• doing the right thing when nobody was watching
• culture and authenticity — always

That’s what I’m doing now — just in a different arena.

Real estate is a transaction on paper…
but in real life, it’s someone’s timeline, savings, stress, and big decisions all wrapped into one.

So, I approach it the same way I always have:
listen first, communicate clearly, protect the details, and treat people the right way.

Grateful then. Grateful now. Always will be.

Because the monthly fee is only the beginning.
The bigger risks are often hidden in:

• deferred maintenance

Over the years, I’ve learned that clarity doesn’t cancel commitment — it reveals it.

Confirming an appointment isn’t about giving someone an “out.”
It’s about respecting their time and your own.

If someone backs out after a confirmation, the issue wasn’t the message — it was the commitment.

The same goes for timing.
Be ready early.
Be present on time.
Respect schedules without creating pressure.
