I just want you to know that this was one of the most painless real estate transactions that I have ever done! It went so rapidly and smoothly that I keep wondering if it really happened. Seriously, all of us appreciated your responsiveness and professionalism throughout the process – and for finding us the cash buyers! I know this has been a tough market, and unfortunately, I am not sure that it’s going to get any better in the short term. It does appear that the rental market is still robust and that you have a number of properties that you manage.
In any case, it has been a pleasure working with both you and Nate during this time. We really could not have done this deal without your help.
