How many Realtors do this for their sellers?
Each picture is a different load I removed, loaded and transported from 1 house to the landfill.
The only one I didn't transport was the big black heavy duty trailer. We contracted that.

While I typically don't wear a suit, drive a fancy car, (my trucks even worse but we have a 25 year love/hate/work relationship going on) and talk about the dollar amount I've sold, (those numbers are not important to me), this, and many other services I provide when needed should show you my dedication to serving my home sellers to the very best of my ability.
I'm not pretty, young, or gifted with a golden tongue. I'm a:

1. Principal Associate Broker with 30+ years experience. I've worked for the biggies
(RE/MAX, KW, C21, Howard Hanna, Surovell Realtors, Reinhart Realtors, and some smaller ones as well.
I'll put my complete resume up against anyone.
2. 6 years as a Licensed Mortgage Broker for financial advice.
3. Journeyman Carpenter with decades of experience both residential and commercial.

All this in an industry with a 5 year failure rate of up to 90%.

Seen a lot of overhyped agents come and go. Me? I'm still plugging along, serving my clients one at a time, doing what's necessary, not fun, to get them to the next chapter in their life.

You'd be surprised what I've done for my home sellers that no one knows about, but the property wouldn't sell, qualify for a mortgage, pass an inspection, or lose money if I didn’t have the resume allowing me to do what I have to do to get it done.

They don't sit long with me.

The cheapest agent is the most expensive mistake you'll ever make.

Every seller wants to save on commission. Nobody talks about what that "savings" actually costs you when your home sits.

And sits.
And sits.

The market doesn't care about your feelings.

It cares about your price.

Some of the loudest voices telling consumers not to trust real estate agents are the same ones quietly cashing checks off those agents' hard work.

It's a brilliant business model, really.

Step one: go on your massive platform and trash an entire profession.

Tell millions of listeners that the people helping them buy and sell homes aren't worth what they charge.

Step two: build a referral network that takes a massive cut of that same commission you just told everyone was too high.

Step three: charge agents thousands a year for the privilege of working leads you poisoned against them before they ever picked up the phone.

The hypocrisy is breathtaking when you actually follow the money.

You can't publicly disrespect an industry while privately building your revenue model on top of it.

Well, apparently you can.

And millions of people will applaud you for it because they never bother to look behind the curtain.

Agents deserve better than being used as a punchline by people who profit off their production.

If someone is making money from agents while telling the world agents aren't worth the money, that's not financial advice.

That's a conflict of interest.
