Lincoln House

We offer SINGLE sleeping rooms (smoking is allowed within your own room, no smoking in any common areas) with a shared bathroom including shower to adults who are 18 years or older. We require a $100 deposit and $65 per week (additional charges for air conditioning) due on Mondays. All utilities are included. NO wi-fi or cable but it is available through Mediacom. You must make arrangements with

them. These are single rooms for one person, no guests or entertaining allowed.No laundry facility on site. Small personal items are allowed but not furniture items. No hot plates allowed. Microwaves and small refrigerators are allowed. No pets allowed. Smoking is allowed in your room ONLY. No smoking in any common area. No alcohol in common areas and no alcohol abuse is allowed. We require an application and do perform background checks. Applications are located at our front door. You may fill out the application and mail it to KRC Real Estate, LLC, C/O Lee A Collins, 652 S Elm St, Nappanee, IN 46550. If you are located out of town and need an application mailed to you send us a self addressed stamped envelope with your address on it and we will mail you one. Send the envelope to KRC Real Estate, LLC, C/O Lee A Collins, 652 S Elm St, Nappanee, IN 46550. We will then review it and consider you for our waiting list. We communicate mainly through email and texting and also through Facebook. PLEASE do not call the phone numbers during non office hours.
