Pennsylvania Governor Wolf announced on March 19th, 2020 that he is ordering all “non-life-sustaining businesses” in Pennsylvania to shut down due to the coronavirus outbreak. The Governor’s Office has published a list of businesses that are considered to be “life-sustaining businesses.” The list identifies many different types of businesses that are considered to be “life-sustaining businesses,” including “depository credit intermediation” and “activities related to credit intermediation," which we believe are a part of this industry working directly with mortgage companies.

The Company will continue its operations remotely, and will abide by the rules described above.

As most understand things have been changing at a rapid pace which may affect our business and company moving forward.
