This one was especially nice because I had the pleasure of working with these sellers three years ago when I helped them purchase this home. 🏡 SOLD in Cranston! 🎉🔑

There’s something extra special about helping a family you’ve had the privilege of working with before. ❤️

I first worked with this family back in 2018 when I helped sell their parents’ home. A couple of years ago, I had the opportunity to help her sister purchase a home, and now I’m grateful to have been able to help another member of the family find the right place to call home.

This one took a little patience. We searched for quite a while and put in a few offers along the way that just didn’t work out. Then there was 25 Farm Street.

From the first time they saw it, they thought this home was perfect for them. Unfortunately, it went under contract with another buyer. We figured it just wasn’t meant to be.

But sometimes things have a way of working out exactly as they should. 😊
