Officially met my annual goal for 2026💃

There’s something really special about watching a goal you wrote down at the beginning of the year turn into something you actually get to celebrate, but the number is only part of it.

That $5 million represents 15 families who trusted me to help them buy, sell, move, negotiate, make big decisions, and navigate some really important chapters of their lives & that's what I'm most proud of! Apparently, it’s time for a new goal. ✨

When a home goes under contract, many people assume the deal is done. In reality, several major hurdles still remain.

Financing.
Inspection negotiations.
Appraisal.
Title review.
Insurance.

I've seen homes receive multiple offers and still come back on the market because one of those pieces fell apart.

The strongest offer isn't always the highest offer.
The strongest offer is the one most likely to make it all the way to the closing table
