If you're thinking of selling, chances are you also need to buy another home! Fortunately, I'm here to provide you with a crash course in what's commonly referred to as the Back To Back Transaction.
Here are a few ways to minimize the stress of selling and buying.
1οΈβ£ Start prepping your home for the market now. One project leads to another, and before you know it, your timeline is off schedule. If you need assistance, I will introduce you to several of my trusted partners.
2οΈβ£ Please contact me for a market analysis of your home. Understanding local market trends and following the right pricing strategy is KEY to your success!
3οΈβ£ Chat with a lender to discuss various loan options (if needed) for your new purchase. You don't want any surprises. I can recommend several lenders that provide excellent service.
4οΈβ£ If you can buy without selling, it's wise to get your new home under agreement before listing; that way, you have peace of mind knowing where you're moving to.
5οΈβ£ If you are unable to buy without selling, I can email you new listings so you get a sense of the market. It's wise, however, not to go house hunting for your new purchase until you are under agreement on your listing.
