If you're thinking of selling, chances are you also need to buy another home! Fortunately, I'm here to provide you with a crash course in what's commonly referred to as the Back To Back Transaction.
Here are a few ways to minimize the stress of selling and buying.
1️⃣ Start prepping your home for the market now. One project leads to another, and before you know it, your timeline is off schedule. If you need assistance, I will introduce you to several of my trusted partners.
2️⃣ Please contact me for a market analysis of your home. Understanding local market trends and following the right pricing strategy is KEY to your success!
3️⃣ Chat with a lender to discuss various loan options (if needed) for your new purchase. You don't want any surprises. I can recommend several lenders that provide excellent service.
4️⃣ If you can buy without selling, it's wise to get your new home under agreement before listing; that way, you have peace of mind knowing where you're moving to.
5️⃣ If you are unable to buy without selling, I can email you new listings so you get a sense of the market. It's wise, however, not to go house hunting for your new purchase until you are under agreement on your listing.
When we meet, we'll chat about the protective contingencies that I recommend are added to the listing and sales contract!
