A sale like this is rare....but so fulfilling all around! The sellers of this Brookline Home bought the house with me 33 YEARS AGO!
Today we closed on the same house and we were able to put the neighbors adult children (who had grown up with the sellers children) into their first home....and right next door to their parents!.

This purchase was flawless! The seller listened to and heeded my advice. They tirelessly prepared their home to put on the market and listed their home at my recommended price.

The buyer was pre-approved, well qualified and also listened to my advice (I was a disclosed dual agent). Cudos also to the buyers for being the most informed first time buyers I have ever worked with!
