I have been making music with Bill and JoAnn for the past 5 years, but they are so much more to me than bandmates. They are my second family. Since the moment we met, through all of the highs and lows of life, they have been there for me. To celebrate my victories, to make me laugh until I can't breathe, to encourage me through periods of growth, to hold my hand and hug me during difficult times. I think that, like everyone who loves them, I am still in shock.

My heart is broken for the tragic loss of Bill. I honestly don't have any words. I have been listening to "All Your Favorite Bands" on repeat and watching videos of him laughing and yelling "Yeah yeah!" at gigs. (IYKYK). He could always shift my mood with that smile and laugh. I cannot express how deeply I will miss him. I wish I could have just one more hug.

JoAnn is truly the kindest, most loving human being I have ever met. I have seen her give of herself, her time and her money to people and causes that need it without a second thought. JoAnn is also a survivor and has shown me what true strength looks like. But with this horrible loss and road to recovery for her own injuries, she will be starting over from scratch. All of her belongings, her home, and her husband are gone. So if you feel like me and want to help in some way, please consider donating.
