Lessons I learned while moving to New Boston, NH from Nashua, NH.

What actually mattered was longevity of the home (how long could we see ourselves there) and yard space for our fur babies to run around and play, even though I wanted proximity to modern convenience. We chose New Boston because it felt like Vermont to us (we love VT, but don’t want to live there!) We loved the amount of private outdoor space we could get. We were sold on the charm of the unique reproduction carriage house. Wide pine floors, exposed wood beams, and stately New England charm. While they yard is so important to us, the kitchen and living room are the heart of the home. We are always in them. The drive home some nights can feel long after being in the car all day as an agent. Especially the stretch on New Boston Road. No home is ever “perfect.” 7 years in and I still love the small town feel.

think of your “every day” life before you create your “must have” list.

Some of the way I run my business is not the standard, and I've made my peace with that.

If you're looking to buy or sell in Southern NH and you want representation that works this way, let's talk.

I take on a limited number of clients each year across Southern NH, because the alternative is running at a volume where nobody gets my full attention.

I'll tell you when a home is wrong for you, even when I know that costs me the sale.

And if you're looking in an area or a property type I don't know well, I'll refer you to someone who does. I'd rather you be represented properly than have me figure it out on your transaction.

That approach costs me business every year. It also means the clients I do take on get all of me.
