Crystal Ashman moved to Southern New Hampshire in late 2004. She immediately fell in love with the quaint New England community of Londonderry. Crystal was a school bus driver for the Londonderry School District for 6 and a half years, while her youngest child was still home. Being a bus driver allowed her the opportunity to gain a unique perspective of the schools and neighborhoods throughout the
community; as well as an extensive knowledge of the various activities, sports and clubs available in and around town. This hardworking, energetic mother of 5, and 5 grandchildren is very involved in the community. Crystal has been the Team Mom for her son’s Londonderry Wildcats football team for numerous years, as well as for his LYLA lacrosse team and most recently the Freshman Football team at Londonderry High School. She is the Vice President of the Grid Iron Club (Booster club to LHS football program), a member of the LWA, and the PTA for South Elementary School and Londonderry High School. Crystal volunteers with the PTA at South School, where her youngest child is in 2nd grade. She formed a team with the Relay for Life, which benefits the American Cancer Society cancer research and programs. Crystal's team, Just Be Nice, walked their first event in 2013. She hopes to have an even stronger team in 2014 and has stepped up her efforts with the American Cancer Society this year and joined the planning committee for the 2014 Greater Derry and Londonderry Relay for Life. Crystal joined the Coldwell Banker Classic Realty Team in June of 2011. She has helped her clients relocate from around the country to make New Hampshire their next home. She has worked in all areas of real estate and is always ready for the next challenge! She has bought, sold, and rented many properties. She has also relocated from 3 different areas of the country. She is very familiar with the processes of finding the right buyer for your house and searching for your next home. She is very detail oriented and motivated.
