What an exciting project! We are thrilled to be a part of this 5 building community in Lebanon, NH.
This month, we broke ground on the first multifamily building at Brickyard in Lebanon, New Hampshire.
Today, as construction continues to move forward, it's exciting to see years of planning, engineering, approvals, and hard work taking shape in the field.
This building is the first of five multifamily buildings planned as part of a development that will ultimately bring more than 400 new homes to the Upper Valley. What was once a concept on paper is now becoming a reality, one foundation, one wall, and one building at a time.
Lebanon continues to be one of the most dynamic communities in New England, driven by world-class healthcare, education, and innovation. We are proud to be contributing much-needed housing to support the region's continued growth.
