Here’s what I always tell people relocating here:

→ Spend at least a weekend here to get a true feel for neighborhoods & lifestyle (You can call me for an area break down or relocation tour if you’d like me to show you around).

→ Follow local Facebook groups or Nextdoor for unfiltered insight into what it’s really like to live here.

→ Don’t just look at today’s neighborhood vibe. Ask me about development plans, zoning changes, or infrastructure projects that could impact value.

→ Even if you don’t have kids, schools affect resale value and future demand.

→ Visit (or at least research) what the area feels like in different seasons.

The sellers who are closing quickly....

are the ones willing to work WITH buyers on things like:

→ Credits for repairs

→ Concessions so buyers can buy down their rates

→ Providing a home warranty (especially for new builds)

→ Contributing to or covering the buyer’s agent fee

In an expensive, higher interest rate market, buyers are appreciating the extra support.

P.S. If you’re a hopeful buyer reading this: do your research! A good agent (*points to self*) will negotiate these items for you.
