$24.43 million in sales volume. #38 in Nashville. And one more milestone I’m especially grateful for: 2025 marked the 8th consecutive year my team and I outperformed the year before.

As the RealTrends Verified Performance rankings roll in each Summer, they give us a chance to look back at the previous year. I’m incredibly grateful to share that our 2025 results ranked us among the top Realtors in Middle Tennessee—serving 34 families and closing $24.43 million in sales volume.

But more than the ranking, I’m grateful for what those numbers represent: 34 families who trusted my team and me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

2025 brought plenty of challenges to our industry. Yet through it all, it marked the 8th year in a row that my team and I outperformed the year before.

That’s the number I’m most grateful for because it represents “growth in every season”—one of our core values.

We’re not looking to the left or to the right. I’m not measuring our success against someone else’s. Every year, the goal is simple: sell more, serve more, and outpace what we accomplished the previous year.

I’m incredibly grateful to every client, friend, family member, referral partner, and past client who continues to trust us, recommend us, and allow us to be part of their story.
