Three years ago, our team had a client make a cash offer on a home that was $200,000 over list price, and the only contingency was a standard home inspection. Oh, and they were relocating from so didn’t have time to fly to to see the house in person as any delay would cause them to miss out on winning the bid to get the house. Instead, we used Facetime and based on that, the client submitted an offer that was accepted. Several weeks later the house closed, and they visited it for the first time.
