This home got a second chance after its first time on the market.

When I took on the listing, we focused on the details:
✔️Removed the previous staging
✔️Deep cleaned the home
✔️Added curtains & simple kitchen staging to bring warmth to the space
✔️Replaced a few light fixtures for a more custom feel
✔️Refreshed the landscaping
✔️Aired the home out
✔️Used virtual staging in a few rooms to help buyers visualize the home’s potential

None of these updates were major or expensive, but together they made the home feel fresh, well cared for, and easy for buyers to picture themselves in.

Gone but not forgotten 🙏🏼 Paying tribute to some of the spots that made Nashville, Nashville.

In just the past year, we’ve said goodbye (or started preparing to) to some of our most iconic restaurants, bars, and gathering places.

Nashville is growing fast, and change is inevitable. But it’s hard not to feel a little nostalgic for the places that gave the city its character.
