➡️Look into your local Chamber of Commerce. These groups typically host frequent networking events.

Are you thinking about changing jobs this year?

Use these tips to ensure you are interview-ready!

💻 1. Research, research, research.
- Research the company. Research the individual(s). Research the market.
- Look up news articles and individual backgrounds.

📝 2. Prepare for Questions.
Think through the questions you will likely be asked and be ready to give thorough responses with examples that show results and lessons learned.
- Write down 5 to 10 questions you want to ask the interviewer. Be thoughtful.

🧑‍💻 3. Remote? Find the right space.
- Make sure your background and lighting are professional, and ensure you are framed up nicely.
- Dress sharp based on the company's culture.

🗣️ 4. Build Rapport.
- Draw commonalities between you and the interviewer, as they can loosen up an interview and build interest.
- Find out if you and the interviewer have common connections, work experience, or shared interests.

Hiring managers in these industries are looking for specific things:
🎯Exhibit technical skills (e.g., specific network experience, software/tools)
🎯Quantifiable project achievements (e.g., managed a $X million build-out, led a team of X engineers)
🎯Relevant industry experience (e.g., network deployment, civil engineering for tower sites, central office operations)
