Today, DAC Developments, Melrose Ascension Capital (MAC), and project partners held a ground breaking ceremony at our new South Loop development at 626 S Wabash.

When completed, this development will deliver:

- 164 units (368 total beds)
- 64 parking spaces
- 4,000 SF grade level retail
- 2 amenity levels
- Pool with outdoor terrace
- Basketball court

What took six years in the making to get off the ground, this project is a true sign of resilience, persistence, and collaboration. Hats off to Nick Melrose and all those involved for their remarkable contributions.

Aurora officials broke ground Oct. 24 on its first new development in the downtown area in two decades.

City officials joined DAC Developments for a ground-breaking ceremony to usher in the new Residences at Eastbank at 100 N. Broadway.

Located on the east bank of the Fox River, the $90 million, 343,421-square-foot development features 258 apartments spanning five floors. The complex consists of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units.

“This is such a long time coming,” DAC President Danny Rezko said. “It’s a labor of love, for so many people. It truly takes everyone here to make something like this a reality,”
