On days like this, most homebuyers are singing “Rain, rain go away…come again another day!” Trust me, I get it. No one wants to be in and out of this kind of weather for showings. However, there are benefits to house hunting on rainy days. These are just a few:

3. Clogged gutters will not be performing properly.
4. Drainage issues with the property and street may be revealed by flooding.
