I don’t measure a good year as a Realtor in Nashville by closings.

Don’t get me wrong, closing day is always worth celebrating! But the moments that stick with me most are usually the quieter ones...

Things like the text from a client enjoying the backyard of their dream.

Or the family who thought they were asking for too much and then we found a way to make it happen.

It’s reading a review and realizing they’re not really talking about the house at all. They’re talking about feeling heard, protected, prepared, and genuinely cared for through a season that could have easily felt overwhelming.

That’s what I think about when I look back on the year, not just the number of homes sold, but the people I got to walk with through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

July Recap: 3 closings, 2 amazing clients, endless gratitude

🔑 A domino deal. Helped one family sell and buy, moving into a bigger space for their growing family.

🔑 First-time buyers closed with a 4.75% rate, a $20K seller credit, and a 1-year home warranty.

None of this happens without trust: clients who let me guide them through the biggest decisions of their lives, and a team who takes my late-night calls and texts to get every deal to the closing table on time.

The underrated reasons that make living in Nashville so special! 👀

The kind of stuff you’d actually miss if you ever left, even if you’ve stopped noticing it on the day to day.

It’s not the big landmark moments or the things that make it onto a tourist site. It’s the small, repeatable, woven-into-the-week stuff that makes a place really feel like home.

Think: a weeknight walk through Shelby Bottoms, grabbing a coffee in 12 South, catching golden hour at Radnor Lake, and having live music be a casual “Tuesday” thing.

June recap: closings, contracts, and a few plot twists. 🏡

No two deals were the same this month - one that fell out of contract and found its way back, an earnest money scare turned earnest money save, and more counters and amendments than I care to count. Real estate keeps you humble.
