These sweet clients of mine closed on their first home earlier this week 🎉 I couldn’t be more excited for them to live out their new adventure living on Old Hickory Lake! Let me tell you that patience really paid off for this one. We submitted an offer in Dec. and it was significantly under list price, it got rejected. We had a plan to keep looking. Then on New Year’s Day I got a call from the listing agent, “are you clients still in the market? If so have them resubmit their offer because I think we can work it out”. And BOOM 💥 They just closed with over $175k in equity 🤯 Yes you read that right! Congratulations you guys, I can’t wait to see how you make this house your home. I’m so grateful I got to be apart of this! Welcome home 🏡❤️
