Marlie, you have been with me through so many versions of myself. We’ve learned together, grown together, and figured out life together. Being your mom has shaped me in ways I could have never imagined.

I may have given you life, but you gave my life meaning. You gave me a purpose bigger than myself and a reason to keep becoming better. And now, watching the little girl who once needed me for everything turn into this beautiful, strong, kind-hearted young lady is both the greatest blessing and the hardest part of being your mom.

I’m not sure how we got to 13 so quickly, but I am so incredibly proud of you and so thankful God chose me to be your mom.

Happy 13th Birthday, my sweet Marlie. No matter how grown you get, you’ll always be my baby. I love you more than words could ever say. ❤️🥹

Sometimes closing day brings big smiles, and sometimes it brings a lot of tears. ❤️

This one was emotional as these two women said goodbye to the home they grew up in—a home filled with years of memories, family, and so many special moments.

This transaction came with more hurdles than most, and there were definitely moments when we wondered how it would all come together. But in the end, it was such a reminder that God’s plan and timing are always greater than ours. 🙏🏼 Everything worked out exactly the way it was supposed to.

I’m so grateful they trusted me to walk alongside them through such an emotional chapter. Wishing the new owners nothing but happiness and a home filled with just as many sweet memories for years to come. 🏡❤️

Not every closing is easy, and this one was far from it.

A few years ago, I helped my client buy this home. This time, I helped her sell it after receiving the heartbreaking news that she is terminally ill and needed to be closer to family.

We endured two contracts that fell apart, countless emotions, and more uncertainty than most people ever see behind the scenes. The buyers who closed on this home had wanted to see it when it first hit the market, but the timing just didn’t work out. When the second contract fell through, they came back—and it became clear this home was meant to be theirs all along.

This transaction was emotional, difficult, and at times heartbreaking. But through every setback, God’s hand was in it. Today, we closed, and while this chapter was hard, I truly believe everything unfolded exactly as it was meant to.

Thank you to my seller for trusting me to help navigate one of the most difficult seasons of her life and get this to the closing table. Your strength through it all has been inspiring.
