It’s almost summer in Nashville ☀️

A Nashville summer means patio dinners, local festivals and outdoor concerts. There are so many fun things to do in Nashville.

As much as I love an evening here in town, sometimes it's nice to spend a night away. Here are a few amazing overnight getaways within driving distance from Nashville.

What did I miss? What’s on your list this summer?

Have you been thinking about buying new construction in the Nashville area? I’m here to help!

It’s true. Even when building, a qualified real estate agent can be a lifesaver.

Here’s how:

+ Agents know local builders. You want their insider info when interviewing local builders.

+ Agents know site plans. Slope, drainage issues, and utilities can’t be ignored when buying land to build on.

+ Agents know upgrades — which ones are worth it and which ones aren’t. You’ll save from overspending with an agent by your side.

If you’re thinking of building or buying new in 2024, let’s connect and walk through these decisions together. It’s too big of an investment to go it alone! Send me a DM or click the link in my bio to schedule a call.

One thing I tell every single client?

Only YOU can decide what you should do in this market. You have to weigh the pros and cons of each choice.

And while sometimes it's best to wait to buy or sell, other times it's good to ask yourself, "What if?"

Like...what if you decided now was the time? What if you didn’t wait for interest rates to go down or for spring (like every other buyer out there!)?

Maybe...just maybe...

◾ You wouldn't have to compete with other offers. Springtime and lower interest rates always mean one thing: more buyers. And when there are more buyers, there's much more competition (aka bidding wars and higher home prices!)

◾ You could offer less than asking price. You could actually have a little negotiating power in your offer by buying now when less buyers are in the market!

◾ You could host your family for the holidays next year. No more cramming everyone into Aunt Cheryl's 1200 sq ft ranch. (Not that you don't appreciate that!) Wouldn't it be nice to have a little more space for the kids to play and the adults to chat and play cards? PLUS, you wouldn't have to make the drive to anyone's house on Christmas morning!

◾ You could finally have a home office and the space to grow the business you've been dreaming of.

◾ You could downsize and finally put that chunk of equity in your bank account! You could put a portion of it down on a smaller place to live and use the remaining equity to pay off your debt, travel, invest, etc.

If deep down you know you need to move but you need help weighing the risks and rewards, DM me! I'd love to hear about your life and your concerns and help you make a plan you feel good about!

So much to be grateful for this year. Wishing everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving! 🍂
