Congratulations to the Crandalls on selling their home!! This home had it all...plantation shutters, beautiful wood floors, white kitchen cabinetry, beautiful brick arches on the covered front porch and you could take a white glove to any surface and it was spotless...but it still took 8 months to find their buyer. Their neighborhood also had 8 other homes trying to sell and none of us could find a buyer. We were all scratching our heads. Looking back we are now blown away by the Lord's timing in providing their buyer. When it happened it was fast, smooth and clearly the one we had been waiting for. A huge thank you to Anna Cook for helping them purchase their new home in SC and to Smith Sholar for seamlessly handling all of the title needs. They will be missed by many here in TN but we are happy they will be closer to family!!

Welcome Home Ward's!! Two weeks ago they purchased their beautiful new home and now they have closed on their old home! Buying and selling has been an adventure in this market and when we played "what if they moved this year" none of us could have predicted the path. The Lord opened doors and provided and much to my surprise both homes were secured off market. There were many twists, turns and phone calls after the kids were put to bed and I absolutely loved having them as my clients and now we get to go back to being friends🏡❤️🏡

This family deserves a huge Congratulations!! It has been a long journey to sell their home and no client ever wants to hear they’re the longest contract I’ve ever had. This one took a lot of prayer, patience, creative thinking, and teamwork. The things that keep my clients up at night keep me up at night too. Final closing of the year and this story was a first for me! The grandparents built a home on the same street as their children & grandchildren! One closed in October and the other in December. This is my 4th set of grandparents this year to move to be closer to their families and it's been a privilege to help them all make these BIG decisions and get settled into their new homes.
