What's your favorite Brown County Playhouse memory?

A concert?
A play?
A Christmas production?
A readers' theater performance?

For more than 75 years, the Playhouse has been bringing people together and creating memorable experiences right here in Brown County.

I recently wrote a story about the Playhouse, its remarkable comeback, and why I think it's one of the true gems of our community.

Take a look:

Then tell me about the best show you've ever seen there.

// DESIGNED THIS for the upcoming 2026 HillyHalf Marathon here in Brown County. I try to do something that people will want to wear, and design something that you might find at REI or Patagonia.

There seems to be a general recipe for doing t-shirts for running events: a bad piece of trite clip art with every detail of the race printed as large as possible on the front. Nope. Not this guy.

I pulled out my ink and brush, a pad of rough watercolor paper and did many iterations. I then scanned the art, adjusted a few things in photoshop, then pulled into Adobe Illustrator (the original AI).

Fun project and I’m super happy with the final printed result.

// ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO receive such nice comments from my guests. I take the hospitality aspect of the experience very seriously. It is a part of who I am. I think I got it from my mom, who always got such joy in seeing others have a nice time.
