Last week in Miami, I completed the final step in earning the CCIM designation at the Spring Forum. This wasn’t just about taking classes or passing exams—it was about sharpening the way I serve clients and elevate the real estate community I work in every day.
CCIM represents a standard of excellence in commercial real estate, and I’m proud to now be among a group of professionals who prioritize data, discipline, and ethics in their work. The process pushed me to rethink deal structure, investment strategy, and the tools we use to advise our clients.

I’m grateful to my mentors, clients, colleagues, and family who supported me along the way—and to the instructors and peers who challenged my thinking throughout the journey.
